Ordered a Platinum

Ordered a new Platinum yesterday - dealer looked for a week and could not find what I wanted in stock. I considered White Sand and Sterling Grey but wanted the Sienna Brown seats - stone interior seems to be what the dealers in the area have in stock.

I chose:
Sterling Gray w/ Black Interior
5.5' Bed 4x4
3.55LS Rear Axle
Basically all options except max tow and floormats.

Plans include:
Line-x bed liner
BakFlip HD cover
Weathertech mats

Thanks to everyone who has posted information and pictures on these great trucks! I learned more here than you could ever get from the sales literature.

The waiting will be the hardest part.

Sounds cool. I bought mine off the lot and most seemed to have the Sienna Brown seats at that time.

Email me if you want some info about where to get the Bakflip HD cover. Just click on my username and then "send email"

yes easy to install, all you do is clamp on the Bakflip rails and then the cover just set on them. And run the drain tubes through those rubber plugs in the rear bed wall. If you have a plastic bedliner, you just have to do some minor trimming in order fit the Bakflip rails. I have pics that show you where to trim it. And if you have the bedliner, then you can just run the drain tubes behind that instead through the bed wall plugs. Just email me, I can provide you with some good info about the cover.

Ok, you just have to change your profile settings, or just post your email address on my visitor message profile like you see that other people have done, and I can get that info to you.

Truck arrived at the dealer today and I picked it up this evening.
Very happy with it - only got to drive it 6 miles home as it has been storming here most of the evening.

Will get photos when its daylight!

Took just over a month from order to arrival.
