I have done a search within forum 51 and have not found the answer to my question, so I’m asking for your help. I am starting the reassembly process of my 1955 F100 (390/C6) and am in need to a 2 groove crank pulley. I would like to narrow my search at the local salvage yard and would like to know if Ford made a 2 groove crank pulley which fits on a FE engine?

To get a better mental picture of my setup, I will try to explain. I have a 2 groove water pump pulley, 1 groove alternator pulley, and 1 groove power steering pump pulley. I have also fabricated a bracket to mount my air conditioner compressor (Sanden) under my alternator. Ideally, I would like one belt to rap around my water pump, alternator, air compressor, and crank. I would also like the second belt to rap around my water pump, power steering pump, and crank. I have all the other pulleys, but need a 2 groove crank pulley.

If anyone knows if or what vehicle I can find a 2 groove crank pulley, I would appreciate it.

I recently purchased a 71 F-250 4x4 no P/S no A/c no smog. only things the belts run around is the crank the altrenator and the water pump! it has a 2 groove pulley and 2 belts that power everything so I'm sure it is original!

 

You are looking for a double sheeve (belt) pulley that bolts to the harmonic balancer, correct?

Found the specs:

C1AZ6A312C = 5 61/64" Outer Diameter / 6 39/64" inner Diameter / 2" O.A. length.

C8AZ6A312C = 6 21/32" Large Pulley Diameter / 6" Small Pulley Diameter / Inner Pulley uses 3/8" (wide) Belt / Outer Pulley uses 1/2" (wide) Belt.
