02 Keypad Not Working?

I did a quick search and did not find anything. My wifes Explorer's keypad quite working. We recently had it in and had the window regulator and motor replaced. She said the keypad worked afterwards but just stopped working. The key's no longer light up when you push them. I looked in the manual for a possible fuse issue but could not find any fuse related to the keypad. Any help would be great. Thanks

Try fuse 19. Owners manual says that it is for 'PAD Indicator' which may be for the keypad. You can also try testing each fuse (each side) individually with a test light.

Check your manual for PATS Module (14) and PATS (20) fuse locations to verify my diagram is correct. The keypad seems to be powered directly from the Central or Body Security Module (depending on early or late build)... PAD means Passenger Airbag Deactivation indicator/switch.

According to my manual fuse #14 is the PATS module and #20 is Memory Module, GEM module. I will take a look when I get outside this morning

I just checked both fuses with an ohm meter, both are good. Is it possible when the dealership install a new window regulator and motor that a wiring harness or something got unplugged for the keypad? My wife claims it worked when we got it back from them, but I'm not sure! thanks
