Super Duty Radius arms for my F100??

Super Duty Radius arms for my F100??
I was looking at my Uncles F350 S/D 4x2 yesterday, and it occured that the radius arms on it are of a longer, much better design than those on my 82, and while I didn't get out the tape, everything looks like it would fit on my truck, am I crazy, or would this be a good idea?
