The parts off the other (newer) truck won't work.
The seat belts mount differently on the B pillar.
You need to find another 80/86 and get the parts off of it, or change your seat belt setup.
You will need to drill 4 holes for the sun visors like I mentioned before and make sure your dome light is the same.

They are all the same except for the two extra holes for the inboard sun visor clips (by the rear view mirror - 80/86 don't have these) and possibly a different hole depending on what dome light you have.
I have a 91 headliner in mine that has been recovered by my friend that owns an upholstery shop. After taping with foil tape, he covered right over the two extra holes for the inboard sun visor clips because I did not want to drill extra holes in my cab and 80/86 visors are different and don't have the cutout for the inboard clips.
They also stopped making the Fawn interior after 86. I could have used later model Saddle Tan visors, but they are darker and made of cloth instead of vinyl.
