I think nitrous or propane would be over the top and I worry about the health of engine. Since methanol injection lowers the EGT I am should be farther away from needing $$$ modifications - for now.

Just adding water/meth. wont increase power, it just lets you turn up the pump some more and not burn it up, you have to be REALLY careful you dont run out of water.

 

Water/meth will add power. The more meth the more power. BUT the more meth and the more chance of breaking your engine. Pure water offers little problems as long as the water atomizes properly. Ask this question in the diesel sections and you will get plenty of input.
