10-4 on that. I just had my bumper off to install the 6.oh cooler. Man are my spring and hangar bushings worn. Any recommendations on where to get new ones?
Also installation tips???

BTW on the popping note if you can't find the problem listed above try loosening the skid plate and putting a piece of rubbber in there such as floor mat or innertube etc. and tighten it back up. The dealer did that to mine when it was new as a 'fix'. Hmmm.
Does that ring a bell c00n?

Sounds like a spring bushing to me, or the wheel knuckle moving to me.
Ball joints seem like a piece to me that can possibly wear out in one position and only cause problems when doing things like turning. So the wheel shifts while you turn. Just like the ole radius arm bracket pop.
When them brackets get old, you'll get annoying pops like that though the stearing system when the radius arm moves around.
Good luck on finding the problem.

If you need front shackle bushings I just went to the stealership and bought new shackles. I think they were $44 each. I don't have a press and by the time I pay someone to do it ... I put them on myself, ARGGG.

Rubber bushings on the leaf springs I went to Firestone and had it done.
