Condensation in Headlights Help!!!
Hey guys I know alot of you guys have Halo Projector Headlights installed on your Expys, and was wondering if anybody has solved the condensation issue? Every couple times it rains I have to take out my headlights and use my air compressor to blow air through the bulb sockets to dry out the inside. Is there anything I can do to keep this from happening? Whats causing the condensation? Could I drill some small holes somewhere in the back of the housing to give it some ventilation? Thanks

It's likely along the upper and outer edge of the housing. Water runs down the gutter in-between the hood and fender right on top of the headlight housing. Mine had the same problem and I sealed it with silicone and the problem went away. I did eventually end up replacing both headlight assemblies just to have a pair of nice and new clean ones.

Oh yeah almost forgot the link. $29 each plus shipping, new bulb is included.

Hot air
I had a problem with condensation in one of my fog lights. After sealing the harness that hold the light bulb with silicon, I still saw condensation inside. I used a heat gun dry out all of the moisture in the lamp. This may help better than just spaying the inside with compressed air.
