Factory gauges for oil pressure and voltage??

I think those gauges were optional in 1965 as well, though I'll wait for ND to confirm that. They are easy enough to add if you have the CC sweep speedo for 65-66. The factory wiring harness makes things very easy; they just plug in. My harness wasn't in the best of shape but made for a great pattern. I did not wire up the AMP gauge as I find them fairly useless and they can be a fire hazard. The OP gauge works like a charm.

I have looked at lots of 57-60 F100s--but have never seen four factory gauges with the speedometer!!!! Does the factory oil pressure gauge use a different sender?? And does the needle of the oil pressure gauge change with engine RPM and temperature like a mechanical oil pressure gauge does??

Nice set up. Is that tach mechancial? I do like all of those gauges arranged around the speedo. Henry should have made that set up standard.

From the factory they were availble as the pictures above show. Both styles that is. You can also pull the speedo cluster from any F400 or larger truck to have the wrap around gauges similiar to the Bronco Speedo. I did that with mine from an F600 cab sitting on a dirt pile in New Orleans. I was luck enough to find the engine harness for the coil, oil and temp wire still dangling without being cut.

The Tach WAS mechanical. It was a junkyard find and the guts were crushed - looked like it had a crowbar taken to it. I salvaged the face and attached a mini electric tach to it - 0 is accurate, but 3800 engine RPMS reads as 4000 on the tach - I can live with that though for the look of it.
The dash didn't have the hole for the tach, but it did have a Marker Flash button on the right and the Hazard light and switch on the left.
My '64 F250 (...moment of silence...) had the 4 gauges in the speedo stock.
Someone used to make an all digital round speedo cluster for the Bronco that would fit the Slicks also. Cost about $500 though...

I don't believe they were standard on the 65 or 66. I have two 66 Custom Cabs. One has the amp and oil gauges and the other doesn't. My 65 Custom Cab didn't have the extra gauges either.
