I have a 2008 XLT and i would like to change out the side mirrors with the ones from the FX4 so i can have the signals on them. Has anybody done this? Any pictures on how this is done? P/N# would be great help too.

If your changing them out, how about putting the towing mirrors on like I and others have done?




EDIT: If you change them out with the regular ones or the towing mirrors with signal & heat and you just have power now (like I did) you will have to change out the heater control and the fuse block to make the heat work. Also the towing mirrors come with a puddle lamp, all the wires for everything should be in your door as you have an 08, just plug n play.
