Scanning Truck....Findings with no start.....

scanning truck right now and so far have found.....
ipr 14% to 54%
Hpop is only bout 350psi
Thoughts sugguestions?

Check oil level on dipstick and HPOP reservoir. Those number are indicative of no oil being pressurized either due to lack of supply, leak or IPR malfunction.

ya weve pretty much figgured its the pump ipr or a blown o-ring.
plan on doing the pump as soon as we get a ipr and should have someone coming out monday to test the injectors

Did you dead head the pumps feed line to the pass head?
Crank and test IPR/ICP?

I think IPR as well. The pump won't just die, unless the shaft broke and then you would have no pressure, unless the bolt is loose for the gear. ByahS (ggggrrrrrr, snarl, as he lights the dynomite!)

going to do the dead head test monday and probably going to go ahead and put sd pump on and ipr.

You could pull the VC's and look for oil around the inj bores while cranking.
With 350psi you will see a leak if any.
IICR the IDM needs to see 400psi ICP to unlock.

I think the exact number is 480 but I can't remember for sure. I think its closer to 500 psi.
