Tranmission Problems?

Alright well I have a 1999 Expedition with about 150,000 miles.

When accelerating fast the gears shift a little jerky, and the auto trans doesn't shift untill about 4.5 on the RPM.... Also when you are going over about 60 MPH it accelerates alot slower, almost as if it can't shift into last gear.

What do you guys think is wrong? Thanks

It's probably worn out, therefore, take it to a shop where someone can actually look at it to see if that is the case or not.

After you've checked the obvious such as fluid level, age of fluid and filter and you find them "normal", then its time to take projectSHO89's suggestion and let a shop check it out. Unfortunately, there isn't a lot of pin point test that the DIY'ers can do on the transmission.
