I found a listing in my book "How to Rebuild your Small Block Ford" by Tom Monroe. C9TE-C. This head was cast in '69, has 58.2cc ports, and probably 1.78" intakes and 1.45" exhaust valves.
1970 F100 Custom 390/C6
1978 F150 Ranger Lariat Supercab 460/C6
'93 F350 Crewcab 5.8L
'70 F100 Custom 390/C6 (temporarily retired)
'93 Mercury Topaz 2.3L
'99 Ford Windstar SEL (bad transmission - For sale)
Look for a 4 character number/letter combination inside marks that look something like this, ie * 9L14 *
This will tell you the year/month/day of casting.
Also, what was the letter suffix to the C9TE number?
