need help torq specs

Just got truck back from paint (out for a year ). Was going to replace inner and outer tie rod ends and the drag link. Can't find my repair manual. Wifey says she never touched it. Need torq specs for these parts. Hate to buy another manual but if all else fails guess I'll have to. "78" F100 2wd.

Thanks

your truck was out for a year for paint that sucks.

you should be good when the vein starts to pop out of your arm but no further than that.

i dont know what the torque ratings are
