small trim pieces on cowl

I have a '99 f250 superduty and the small clip on gasket or trim pieces, right and left, on the cowls between the hood and windshield have finally worn out and won't stay attached. The dealer is telling me that I have to replace both cowls, right and left, because the clip on trim pieces are not available separately. These are the little pieces that lie right up against the windshield and go each one halfway across the bottom of the windshield. Does anyone have a source for those pieces??

Thanks

I might be able to help you.

You want the 022A68 and 022A69 right?

Thanks Ed...what I really want are the clip-on gasket pieces which I am told is included with each of those parts. It is about 3/8 inch wide, with a tube and a u-shape cross section, about 2 1/2 to 3 feet long so that the tube part lies against the windshield and the u-shaped part clips onto the 022A68 and 022A69. I don't think that the illustration shows it, and I don't want to buy the entire vent cowls just to get those little strips, if at all possible. Thanks again

Rob, probably shouldn't post the email addy. Spammers will get you and I think it is against site policy for that reason.

Ed you say that it comes with the windshield?? I had understood that it was part of the vent cowl. So how do I contact "salesman 112" for the 2005 used ones??
