oil sounds too thick, for all that cranking it should have been blowing white smoke, not black. his motor has an issue, either too thick an oil or scoured injectors

i have listened to the video many times now at the begining. that is the key to 6.0's, the first 5 seconds after key-on. the updated programming from the 05E15 recall gives the injector solonoids a longer cycle time to aid in cold starts. you dont even hear his cycle when the key goes on (headlights) his engine is also cranking way too slow which at the image of his headlights says replace batteries

I didn't see it cranking fast at all,, given the fact that it was the same each time ,I wouldn't blame the batteries....

Who knows how cold it was there if it was -30c or colder and not plugged in that first crank was fast I think and who knows what grade oil He's running if mine were to sit like that in that temp not plugged in with 15/40 in it that would be a fast crank I have newer batteries lots of compression there now with 0/40 in it it turns over like summer time
