i was wondering who thought of it and how it came to be . i read the old way and did cOOns way. curious.

No idea who came up with the 10K mod. It has been around for as long as these trucks.

 

no clue who came up with the origonal method, i had never been on the diesel forums when i tried my method, there is another site that has the same basic version of mine but they have a diode and something els put on the signal return line as well, i cant recall the site though.

 

man tim, you are fast, i was also going to add that i would bet the icp mod surfaced about 2 weeks into the 94.5 powerstroke deliveries....lol
