You probably already know, but -
P0341 CMP Sensor Circuit Performance (Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit A)
Possible problems - Poor connection, Bad Sensor, Electrical noise
P2290 - Injector Control Pressure too low<O</O

I wouldn't think that these would be related at all to the turbo.
High Pressure Oil Pump (HPOP) perhaps?

Do you have any oil leaks?

The HPOP is driven off of the rear gear train. An "Accoustic Wave Attenuation" fitting is installed to dampen hydraulic noise. A noise from the HPOP could change pitch w/ engine speed I would guess. You also have the low ICP. These are just my guesses - hopefully someone more experienced will come along. Since you are out of warranty, this could be fairly expensive if it were the problem. Hope you get a quick (and cheap) answer.

i too have this problem. the truck has 150k on it. the only thing is i cant hear the whining/whistle until i drive it and get the rpms up really hard in 2-3 gear.
it too sounds like its coming from the turbo. maybe mines different though.
is it possible my 4" downpipe has come loose a bit?
