most internal parts are readily available special order at parts stores. performance goodies good luck. I wanted to put a set of early 60s 430 heads on with an offenhouser intake set I had (8x1v) but I never did. the 462 has bigger ports, so the offy intake logs wouldn't fit easily.

what are you looking for? fuel pump kits are all I cant easily find. (electric pump workaround)

The 462 thats in the truck im looking at doesnt seem to have a power steering pump on it from what i can see, but the truck has the power steering stuff on it, ram on the front axle. Will a 460 pump bolt on or are they completely different? Its a 1975 f250 4x4 with closed knuckle HD dana 44 front and 60 rear. My great uncle (owner) says it runs good

That generation of Lincoln engines has a crazy setup with the power steering pump built into the front of the block, crank driven, behind the pulley. On our '64 the seal went bad and engine oil mixed with steering fluid. What was even more nuts was the fact that the wipers were powered by the steering hydraulic system instead of vacuum or electric.
