I have never noticed one smoking more than the other but I have never had video or been outside my truck when its being driven. Plus my truck doesn't smoke much except when I lug it.

3 inch. really its all you need unless your making 600hp. larger than 3 inch at this point is all you need. to go bigger requires alot of work to the fire wall and floor of the cab.

k&n air intake banks chip 100hp 215 tq full 3 exhaust (no warm up valve in turbo) no cat or muffler. but Im going to change the chip to a ATS 6 pos chip with 125hp 250tq max and then injectors (after intercooler)

With the stock injectors you won't see over a 70-80 hp gain with any chip. But as chips go I would not recommend the ATS chip. I would get a chip from Tony Wildman from here

Tony is the man with our trucks. You will get good power with less exhuast temp problems. After injectors with towing you will want an intercooler but you will see great gains in the driveability department if you get a chip from Tony.
