I bought a 1966 ford f100 pickup a few years back that had had a 5.4l 330 ci engine out of a 2 ton dump truck put in it, I understand the engine is considered a heavy duty engine. Does anyone know if a 4 barrel aluminum intake can be put on this engine and if so what year and engine size intake would you need to buy to go on it. When I bought the truck I was told it had a 390 ci. in it but when I pulled it out and took it to a motor shop to be rebuilt I was told it was a 330 ci. engine, not a 390 ci engine. Since most part houses don't list 330 ci. engines I usually buy parts for a 69 390 ci. and they all have worked. Eldelbrock's website states that the 69 390 ci. aluminum intake will not work on the 361 or 461 HD engines but didn't include the 330 ci HD engine. I'd appreciate anyones help that could answer the above question. Thanks
