I'm still wondering is there's any point to putting in a D66 with stock CA injectors. I want to go to a 1.0 housing and rebuild the turbo while it's out, but that money could be put towards the D66 if it made any sense.

well i am basically running a stock truck right now with no chip and if there is any difference in power after the D66 swap, i sure cant feel it! i dont think its worth the money unless you were planning on bigger sticks sometime in the near future!

Have you towed with it? How was the boost and EGT's in the lower to mid rpm range?

25-27 psi with stock tunes and no injects?........... Hmmmm, I think your gauge may be reading exhaust PSI, lol. should only see 15-18psi with stock tunes or I have some serious exhaust leaks in the uppies and manifolds lol

My '97 is stock except for a Banks 40hp chip and a Banks dp, and it's hitting 15-18 lbs of boost.
