well, lets see....

headers & Y pipe: Banks, $950 Borla $570

cat-back exhaust: any brand, $300-$500

high-flow cat: not needed, stock is OK

MSD: I have no clue

plug wires: V10 uses coil on plug so no wires needed

cold air intake: all the aftermarket systems take air from under the hood so I don't know if it is "cold" about $250 (replacement K&N $45) Banks uses a replacement filter housing that draws colder air from the stock location. This might be the best way.

throttle body spacer: some say they work, some say no difference.

Computer chip: Superchips or Diablo, $350

Keep reading, there will be lots more info.

Anybody know if you can buy just a "y" pipe for the V-10 to eliminate the restricted Ford one? If so, where???

Kirk, a user by the name of nickdoni had a local exhaust shop weld him one. You could try that route.

This is the guy who did his. Maybe he can get you some drawings or something.
