Rust Bullet - Rust Encapsulator - POR15? which one is better?

Hey guys and gals...
OK, I am stuck on deciding here, so maybe some first hand experiences with these products will help in my decission.

I am planning on doing my frame and other misc. components from my 1991 F-150 4x4 w/302 EFI.

I do have a couple ups and downs about each product, but if you were to suggest a product... which one should I go with???

I am not really concerned about the price, so I guess don't be to worried about that... since rust protection/prevention always comes before rust.

I am also planning on driving in hot, sunny weather with this vehicle, as well as driving in the SALT belt up here in Pennsylvania during the winter.
My frame is already rusty/rusted, but nothing that is falling apart... that I can see.

I was just wondering what product should I go with?

Thanks,
TONY Z.

PS. I am also planning on getting some new parts to cover with this rust prevention stuff... so applying to NEW metal should be considered.

Also, paintablity... which one does paint stick to better?

And finally, which product stands the test of TIME!

TONY
