03 Expedition P1151, P1131

Hello

Need some help! I have a 2003 expedition and I,m getting P1151 and P1131 codes. I have replaced the pcv tube which is what ford told me was the problem. However this did not fix the issue. My expy is idling rough and occationaly dying at intersections. Could a bad MAF cause this or do I need to replace the 02 sensors. I have already removed and cleaned the MAF twice any advise would greatly be appreciated. This started after I drove down a road under construction very bumpy.

P1151 Lack of 02 switches-Bank 2 Sensor 1
P1131 Lack of bank 1 02 transistions- Lean

Thanks

P1151 Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean - Bank No. 2
P1131 Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean - Bank No. 1
Causes

A code P1151 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
Electrical:

* Short to VPWR in the harness or HO2S
* Water in the harness connector
* Open/shorted HO2S circuit
* Corrosion or poor mating terminals and wiring
* Damaged HO2S
* Damaged PCM

Fuel System:

* Excessive fuel pressure
Leaking/contaminated fuel injectors
Leaking fuel pressure regulator
Low fuel pressure or running out of fuel
Vapor recovery system

Induction System:

* Air leaks after the MAF
* Vacuum Leaks

PCV system:

* Improperly seated engine oil dipstick

EGR System:

* Leaking gasket
* Stuck EGR valve
* Leaking diaphragm or EVR

Base Engine:

* Oil overfill
* Cam Timing
* Cylinder compression
* Exhaust leaks before or near the HO2S(s)
How about them apples. check for vacuum leaks, get a can of wd40 or starting fluid. With the engine running spray around hoses and connectors, if the engine revs up then you found your leak.

Then I would pull the EGR and IAC and give them a good cleaning.
