Codes 1131, 1151?

Codes 1131, 1151?
98 expy, 5.4 80,000 miles
Have been chasing 0171,0174 codes, and I replaced I believe the correct vaccum line off the PCV that indeed was split. That was Thursday(?). Reset the CEL.
The truck will still not idle for squat, which it really would not do since the CEL came on, and someone suggested the IAC.
Took the truck out this weekend about 150 miles roundtrip, and the CEL finally kicked back on. Back to AZ and now get 171,174 plus 1131, 1151, which I belive to be Lack of H02S11 and H02S21, Switch Sensor indicates lean.Any ideas on this? I have not installed the IAC or TPS, which I bought to be sure.
Could it actually be the MAF, which I cleaned originally with MAF spray cleaner, or am I the 1 in a billion that had two 02 sensors go at the same time?
