AFE Cold air intake

Hey guys, Im looking at purchasing one of these intakes. The guy wants 150 bucks for it, and I have no idea if it is worth it, or if a guy should look for something better. Opinions?

Stage I, or Stage II? which stage is the AFE intake? Stage I is not very impressive and I would maybe pay a max of $140 for the Stage I...."used" that is. Now the Stage II is the one you want, that usually runs between $250-$390 New...I think, thats the big one that has a battery tray built in.

Its an improvement from stock but it just replaces the lid from the stock box and makes it a cone filter.

Seems like I could do the Napa filter for a mod, and have pretty much the same thing, only cheaper.
