Question How to adjust brake shoe 51 F6

I have the axles back in my truck now. I have put all new everythng as far as brakes. Now I want to adjust the brakes shoes. I will also be installing the new brake booster tonight. I have to put the front tires on first and then tighten the rear lug nuts. I will check back in later for your advise.

Thanks Kevin

Ohh by the way, I know where the adjustment bolts are on the back. I just need to know what is too tight and what is not tight enough to the drums. Also you have to adjust both side at once or seperately (on the same side left and right shoe)

Kevin, buddy, I think you really need to get a shop manual.

Here is the section out of the shop manual:

Hope this is what you're looking for.

Mr4spd and I installed the booster last night. We need to run the lines to it next. I have to buy and adapter the next size up. We are going to bleed them on saturday and put on front clip. Address is 77 River Road, Sterling CT 06377 use www.randmcnally.com it put us right on his door step. His numbers again are (h)860.774.5565 W 860.487.2047 He would prefer a Saturday or Sunday so he can bring over the cherry picker to load the y-block

Number dummy I just got the one you told me about in the mail last night. I have not had time to look at it as I have been down with the flu. I fought through last night since 4spd came over.

Kevin

I will be looking at it tonight if I feel better.
