Idle Relearn on 5.4L?

Disconnected my battery to replace it. Hooked up the new one, did the relearn thing as listed in owners manual. Now when I go from "D" to "P", the idle fluctuates wildly. Drops down, then up. Any helpful thoughts?

Drive it, it will eventually relearn. I forget the number of miles and/or ignition cycles, seems like 10 cycles or 100 miles something like that.

Unless your IAC just happened to start sticking at the same time (unrelated).
