Source for 10.25 1410 pinion yoke?

Anyone know where I can get a 1410 pinion yoke for my 1990 axle?
All of them I can find is for the 93+ axles with the longer pinion splines.
I have found a 1410 yoke for a Borg Warner 1345, I can get you the part number on that if anyone wants.

I might be wrong cuz ive never tried it so don't beat me down, but from what i've read, if you cant find the 1410 yoke for pre93 sterlings, why not switch to the later model longer pinion gear? Of course, this would require a new gearset and install, but if you are deadset on the 1410 yoke and you can only find them for +93 axles, it might be your only option. Also, I would assume that the longer pinion would give you more spline length = more strength. And if you are going for 1410 u-joints, why not upgrade the pinion also?

Four wheeler did an article a few months ago on beefing up the sterling and the later model long pinion was one of their recommendations, I don't know how much that's worth to you, but it seems like a good idea.

What's the difference in spline length? If it's not that much, what about putting a spacer behind the pinion nut to get the yoke where it needs to be.

talk to jess at high angle driveline. he would know for sure.

if you are planning to regear, swap to the newer, longer pinion&ring. They are a direct fit IIRC.

I already tried high angle driveline, they couldn't do me any good. I've got a 93+ style on order. I'll know for sure when I compare it to my old one but I think I can either turn some down off the pinion end of it, or bore it out deeper on the pinion nut end.

installing a dana 80 in 86 sure could use the part # for the 1410 yoke to go onto my 1345 transfer case (fixed yoke) thanks Erik

Sorry dude, after six years a man tends to forget and lose alot of things. If I remember right, the 1410 yoke had a factory application. F-Superduty, maybe? (predesessor to current F-450/550 class trucks, not to be confused with the later current superduty trucks) It might be worth swapping to a 1356 just because this kind of stuff is easier to find for them.
