Ford vs. aftermarket

I've been doing a little work each day trying to change out the right side manifold, and egr tube. I finally got it out today. I called Ford to order a new manifold, and they want about $200. for the manifold, and another $60. for the egr tube. In comparison, I've found it at Autozone, and several on line sites for about 80 bucks. I don't want to take the lower price to sacrifice quality. On the other hand, that's a big differance. Has anyone had a good, or bad experience with the discount parts?

The autozone parts will be fine. It's the electrical and electronic parts that you'll want to pay through the nose for. The metal parts will probably outlast the vehicle anyway.
