it held the rear freon line on my dads old astro van for about a week or so, and then i think the oils in the freon might have corroded or compromised the seal.

i just wish JB weld could effectively do some of the things they say it can, like fix frame cracks, and hinder a ship taking on water.

HHHHMMMMM Sounds like Slash wants to blow something up or break it so he can fix it with JB Weld and Duct tape.

I use this stuff called magnum steel. Its about the consistancy of plumbers putty at first, but when it hardens, you can do anything to it.

I even used it to fix cracks in my old cobra's valve covers near the bolts. They had been tightend up too much. that stuff withstood the heat, and the oil. Never leaked again. It stayed on there for over a year till I built it up. then I had to go to taller valve covers. I used it inside of the valve covers by the way...

Also, in the intake, the rear port has a metal line fitting stuck in it. I crammed some magnum steel in it, and it held up for years. Still in there too. that fitting is made for a 5/8 heater hose to hook to.

I also used it to basically putty some chips in my concrete floor beore I did that quickcrete floor covering. thats just a few things iv used it for...
It can be tapped, milled, sanded, hot, cold, in oil, Very high tensile strength! it really dont matter. Its very good stuff. I always get it at advance auto. about 3 bucks a tube or so. Just cut off how much you need, mix it up and you have about 5 minutes to work it.

i guess i can just rely on JB weld taking my junk off the trail, instead of john and his 90,000 lb trailer.
