cold side ic tube

cold side ic tube

got a 2006 550 my cold side ic tube blew a hole in it does any body make a after market tube that is not plastic so this does not happen again thanks??

Go your local dealer and ask for the metal one that came stock on 03-04's. Direct replacement and they go for about $150 new.

With the metal CAC tube, you will also need at least one boot on the engine side. The metal CAC tube also has a boot at the intercooler, but I don't know if the plastic CAC tube uses one or not. Here is a picture of the metal tube and the boot from 03-04.

I think I have a used metal one I could sell you for a lot less than $150.
