12' Camper on 70f100?
Their have been a lot of campers of that size used on 1/2 ton trucks. Helper springs, air bags or shocks can help. Load it, use it and unload it. A 3/4 ton truck would be better, no doubt.

I'd say a standard 8' camper is about all the stock F100 will safely hold. Beef up the suspension and then the 10' should not be a problem. What is the trucks GVW rating now, 5,000?
