Windsheild wiper motor
#2
Disconnect the battery(always a good idea). Remove the 2 connectors on the wiper motor. Remove the wiper arms. Remove the screws holding the grill(not sure of technical name) between the hood and windshield. This takes a little finessing to get off because the hood will get in the way.Disconnect the washer hose. Or you can lift it up enough to get your hand in there to remove the clip on the motor shaft that secures the wiper bellcrank. Then remove the bolts securing the motor to the firewall. Install replacement motor in reverse order. I would test the motor first before closing everything up. Just hook up the connectors before installing it and run it thru the cycles.

I forgot to mention the clip on the bellcrank can be a BOOGER also if you don't know how it works. It's a U shaped clip with one side having a large groove that transitions into a smaller circle. To unlock this clip. look or feel for an upward bend on the open side. Push the clip in that direction to unlock it. Then lift the clip at that bend high enough to clear the shaft and pull or push the clip to remove it. Be careful not to loose it. The replacement motors don't come with a new one. At least none of the ones I bought did.

removal of wiper motor
Yes.....it would be a good idea to remove the hood. remove the
front hood gasket from the cowl panel. Remove cowl mounting screws...
wiggle it forward from under the windshield frame....lift as you pull both sides forward....it should come out
then remove two motor mount panel screws and the one stud...
then remove that S clip
reverse order of ops to reinstall new one.
cheers
