The rear wiper on my 98 xlt stopped working. I can't hear any motor noise or see the wiper try to move, any thoughts? Is there a fuse for this perhaps?
should be like a 97 (for which I have the preliminary EVTM). Fuse shows up as #12 on th e interior fuse panel.
However, there are a few other fuses in the mix for all of the circuitry.
In the power distribution box it would seem that fuse 8 (30A maxi) feeds the battery saver relay. Power to the wiper motor switch (not sure if it is just for the pump or not) is via number 12 (10A mini) on the interior fuse panel. Additionally it seems that fuse 23 (10a mini) on the interior fuse panel and fuse number 2 (15A mini) in the power distribution box come into play as well. I would look all of those over.
Note that the power distribution box uses the fuse numbers twice. One sequence for the MAXI sized fuses and one for the MINI ones in there so you need to look at the size I posted as well when looking at them.
