misfire #1 cylinder and injector ?

misfire #1 cylinder and injector ?
i have a 2001 ford expedition 5.4 with a cylinder #1 misfire. replaced plugs and boots. did the ohms check on the coil pack shows good? will a bad or plugged injector throw a misfire code? thanks kenny

Did you use a motorcraft plug?
