05 sport trac, 6K miles. Have any of you experienced a loud dull thump that occurs 1 time after engine startup? It seems to come from the front right side of the truck. Interestingly, I have noticed the same noise on my 01 and 03 rangers with the 3.0 and 4.0 v-6s. Any clues on this?

 

05 with only 6k take it in to the dealership it is surely under warranty, start the engine up for them so you are sure they hear the problem
