OK I like the idea of the chip but i have 3 questions. #1 do you know the exact HP increase on the #3 level? And question #2 is... since in my neck of the woods 91-94 octane gas is hard to come by could i throw 4 bottles of octane boost in every time i fill up? And my last question is... what will it do to my gas mileage?

20 horses may not sound like much, but it is a noticeable difference. I am going to be buying one in probably 2 weeks or so. I'll gladly pay 400 bucks for 20 horses. Especially since you can do so much more with it than just boost power.
Next spring I plan on installing different gears and bigger tires. With the programmer you can fix your speedo issues yourself.
Not only that but if you ever have any problems you can just hook the predator back up and it will give you diagnostics on it. I know around here our shops charge around 50 bucks a pop just for that.

Chips or Tuners are a great way to go. You can get them for under 500 easy, there are some specials going on now at Motorhaven http://www.motorhaven.com/home.php . Definitely will get a noticeable difference. I used the supertuner and made up an extra 1.5 to 2 mpg. Shift point and pressure adjustment is a big improvement too.
A fresh air intake will help too. They really don't do much to the stock engine but if you have opened up the exhaust then it will help to pull more air in.
Might look at a 80mm MAF too and bigger throttle body, they will help performance.
Under drive pulley's will help, they don't add HP but will let you use more of what you have. Same way with an electric fan.
There is replacement ignitions available but they are very expensive. They do make a enhancement to the existing ignition called a Plasma Booster.
You say you have a cat back duals. This is good but you can help even more by adding free-flow cats and a cat forward header system. Or another help is to replace the Y pipe, the factory Y pipe where the drivers side enters does not have a nice smooth fully open hole. Looks like they weld them on then just blow out the hole in the other pipe.

The cool air intake and the headers are already on the list but i am not to experienced on chips, what kind of FWHP can i expect w/ a super chip? Gas mileage really doesnt mean awhole lot to me since i own a gas station.
The ford i drive (99 f-150 5.4) was dyno'd at 260 HP, add the headers, intake, duals, and super chip what kind of HP estimate will i be looking at, i would like to get close to 350 if possible.
BTW, MAF?
