Hurst Shifter

Hi all i am new to the site and figured i would try and post. I recently found this while i was looking on ebay. Turns out there is a shifter that hurst makes for 4.2L owners with the 5 speed. I was wondering if any of you have this in your truck. The part number is #3195025 for 88-98 f-150 owners and #3195026 for 99-03 owners. I dont think they have it listed on their website yet but i read that you can purchase it through other companies. The big black stick i have now is alright but shifting from 2nd to 3rd can be sometimes difficult. Maybe something a hurst shifter might clear up. Anyways this is a company selling it: click here

ha that one doesnt work either. Well apparently you cant put ebay links in here. Well the ebay store UnlimitedSpeed performance parts sells them. Just go to their homepage and look under hurst and b&M shifters the two mentioned above should be at the very bottom enjoy.

i don't have one, but i wouldnt mind having one.

a few guys from another site have gotten it, and they all LOVE it. the only complaint i've heard so far is that it rattles or vibrates, which you could easily fix if you are handy.

they include 3 different isolators which are supposed to help keep vibration going from the transmission up through the shift lever. Not sure if anyone installed these as they are optional or if they are effective but thats all i know. I too would like to purchase one. The only thing i didnt like was that i saw a picture of it installed and it looked really close to the 60/40 bench seat. It may have been just the picture but who knows. If anyone does have one it would be great to see an installed picture.
