shift pattern 88 F150

I'm a new member, just bought a 88 F150 4x2 ext cab. 302 EFI, has the M50D
5 speed.
i need to know what the shift pattern is for this trans, the shift **** is not marked. and need shift linkage adjustment instructions, till i can afford a shop manual. thanks!!! hope i enjoy my truck!!
