Cam Sensor Location 4.0 (Push Rod) 1994 Explorer

Can someone tell me where the Cam position sensor is located on the 4.0 Engine? Also, How hard is the sensor to change out?

Haynes Manual has all the details you need on doing the cam sensor change out. Worth the 15 bucks.
