Superduty 10cyl. Calif. emissions

I think someone mentioned it adds an egr system, but I don't know personally what all it adds. A CA emission F250 has the same payload rating, but the F350 SRW falls to 9700lbs from 9900 for non-CA emissions trucks. Also, at least until the end of 04, the 4.30 LS is a no charge option on CA F350 SRW's with a V10. The 3.73 LS is still $300 and I'm pretty sure the F250 still carries a charge for both 4.30 and 3.73 LS, just for some reason it's free with V10 F350. At least with an automatic.

I bought my 2000 F350 DRW V10 in Oregon. I live in Nebraska. I was told that all trucks sold in that part of the country come with Cal emissions. I runs great and gets about the same mileage as everybody else gets. They also said that the only difference is the paper work. I have run the truck from sea level to 10,000 feet pulling a trailer with no problem
