Calif Emissions?

Calif Emissions?
Hi Folks.....first post. 1978 F250 SCCS. How do I tell if my truck has the Calif emissions. Rebuilt the 2150 and the spec sheet that came with the kit has different settings for yes and no. Truck was originally purchased in Oregon.

No it would have 49 state emissions if it was delivered and originally purchased in Oregon.
If by some strange fact it is a CA model it would have stickers on the front that would say that. Something about meeting CA emissions or on the tuning spec sticker.
