Billet Grills for my 2003 F250 SD

I was looking to get a billet grill for my F250, all I have seen are the billet grills that go over top of the existing grill. I would assume this inhibits airflow a bit, which I don't like, as it does get pretty hot here in the summer (philadelphia, PA area). Does anyone make a true billet grill, to replace the existing grill, or is my only option a fake grill that rides over the real one?

Stull Grilles makes a replacement assembly or a cutout grille. The cut-out requires you to cut/grind/file the gray painted areas of your grill out to put the billet in. The billet insert mounts to the fiberglass ahead of the radiator and your grill goes back in place after you cut it out. The replacement grill is already cut out and much more money. Stull has had problems with the black paint peeling on their grilles. I would check with Motorhaven here about their grilles.
