how do i become a senior user or something like that

Your post count needs to be onehundred or above. Just make sure you do not "post pad" - Posting one or two word replys are considered post padding. Make sure your posts mean something!

what are all the ranks you have to go through and whats the highest rank

All i have seen is (New User), (Junior User), (Senior User), & (Elder User) all are based on posting numbersÉ100 gets you senior only one I know for sureÉ
