75 High boy, power steering???

well i am really starting to hate this manual box on my truck along with these 36"s. is there any swap made freasable or am i gonna have to have a fab shop make me something that works.

Your truck is a Highboy? F-250 4x4? I have a 1976 F-250 on 36"s and I just got done putting in the kit off ebay and it turns 36.5x14x16.5 mud tires like they were bicycle tires.
