EVP sensor location ?

Can anyone tell me where the EVP sensor for the EGR valve is located on a EFI 96 F-150 with a 302? I have been having a CE light on solid for days. I had code pulled at Auto Zone and it came up EGR problem. I can't remember the specifics. I took EGR off. No buildup inside. I opened valve by pushing up with a screwdriver then held my finger over the vaccum inlet and removed the screwdriver, the diaphram held the valve open until I took my finger off vaccum inlet. EGR should be ok. I pulled vaccum line off egr and I might have had a little vaccum when I raced the engine, hard to tell. I traced the vaccum line as far as I could see and it went into , what I suppose is a sensor, on the drivers side of intake.( easy to get to) It has two wires out the top and one more vaccum line( with vaccum at idle and rev) going in below the line from the EGR . I unpluged the EGR line from sensor leaving the full vaccum line on and raced the engine and no vaccum pulled from the unpluged EGR tube on the sensor. Does this sound like the EVP sensor and the problem? Please help.

Sorry this forum does not have vacuum from the intake manifold, we prefer pounds of pressure. We have to run a vacuum pump to make our heaters and power brakes work. We also only have two motor sizes.....420 CI and 445 CI. No EGR or EVP sensors either what ever they are. Ask anything you want to about a diesel and you will get an answer though.
