Big Rig Air Horns

Whats up Guys?

Does any one have air horns in their rig? Im lloking for a set of two that can be mounted on the roof and have the deep sound of a true rig. Not the corny ones from Autozone. If you do have the horns im looking for, id like to know where you got them and how much you paid...

Some pics of your trucks with the air horms mounted would be great!

Go to one of the local full service truck stops off the highway in your area. I got a dual bugle set for my truck for $70 including the little electric mini compressor that went with em. I mounted mine under the hood but OH what a kick! Scare the hell out of anyone if they are close enough. hehe
Didnt require a fill compressor and they are a hell of alot better than the Autozone garbage units.

Thumbs up Air Horns,air Horns

air horns, air horns. thats how i started and became one of the biggest project in my 1990 bronco i started with normal 12v. air horns and whent all the way to tractor-trailer air horns.then i found out the bigger the horn the more air you need so a extra air tank came in to picture it work okey but 12v. comprs. gets red hot with extra air tank after the secound 12v. air comprs. i burn-out. i started thinking and i took the air horn project to the limite the idea came one day that i was stop at R/R crossing i live in miami and yes guys we do get every now and then a train to go by. so i started looking around and found a set of TRAIN HORNS a set three BIG horns so i got two sets 6 BIG TRAIN HORNS i got a 3000 watt 12v.convet.to run a1/2 hp 115v. air comprs. with a three gl.tank got and old scuba tank painted to mach the bronco and became and extra air tank for the system. all air lines are 3/8 from compres. to horns to land yard. so guys emagine what 150 P.S.I. can do to your ears and neck hairs....

so you see air horns to BIG TRAIN HORNS.........................
