Stainless Steel Braided Lines for a X 4x4
[updated:LAST EDITED ON 28-May-02 AT 11:59 PM (EST)]I had stainless steel braided lines added after I added the 5.5" Fabtech lift, due to the stock lines being a bit too short. I did front & back.
They were fabbed up at a local brake shop & installed (lot's of bleeding & no helper!).
It was expensive (around $450!), but it did take out the spongy-ness in the pedal.
They also look so coool!

Bullhead,
How did the rotors work? I have the ART rotors and have found really not much better than stock. I've had them on for less than 25K miles and the warp is back. I spoke to the folks at Performance Friction and they give numerous reasons why their rotors are better then all others.
Are the ones you chose two piece or one? Part numbers?
Thanks,
Joe

Valvestud, just saw your post. I had asked in another post what your experienced problem was with the ART's and you have explained it here.
Now, my question is this. Does Performance recommend the Cryo rotors? Which pads? Are they comparing their Cryo rotors to the Art's and stating thier's are better? How so?
Sorry for all the questions, but hope to learn more before I make a mistake. Thanks.
